In recent years, our teambuilding activities have focused on Sustainability and Sport, with the aim of raising awareness of the need to conserve Nature and natural resources and reinforcing unity among employees. That's why, in 2022, the #teamnoesis days were created, providing us with unique experiences.
From surfing to tree planting, from kart racing to a day full of games and challenges, we decided that on the first #teamnoesis day of 2024, we would take our talents to the padel court. And so it was! On April 20th, we dressed up and, with rackets in our hands, created an atmosphere of healthy competition at Inn Court in Alfornelos.
For some, Padel was no longer a new thing, but for others, this was the ideal opportunity to make their first contact with the sport and learn the basic techniques. Once the teams were formed, we divided our afternoon into competitive tournaments, depending on the player level - beginner (M5) and intermediate (M4) - and friendly matches. It was five hours of games, where mutual help, friendliness, and the sheer joy of camaraderie prevailed.
It's safe to say that #teamnoesis left it all on the court! đȘđŒ We now proudly highlight the achievements of our winners who reached the podium in each of the tournaments:
