On 28 September, IDC Directions celebrated its 25th edition at the Estoril Congress Centre. Speakers of excellence joined the event, who shared trends, challenges, and cutting-edge technologies with the participants and reference companies from the Data Industry that exhibited their range of solutions.
It lived in an authentic atmosphere of innovation and knowledge, which celebrated and demonstrated the technology in Portugal. And that's why Noesis was present again, as a Platinum Partner and with a presentation given by Luís Gonçalves, Data Analytics & AI Director at Noesis.
Supported by the three pillars "Trust", "Scale" and "Impact", the event was the stage for several sessions that shared with the community topics of the agenda within the data community, as well as trends and challenges present in the daily life of the speakers.
Our speaker, Luís Gonçalves, revealed new trends in the world of data, more specifically about Data Mesh. This approach consists of a decentralized data architecture, where data is treated as a product. Besides, each information domain has an owner responsible for defining its rules, evolution plan, value, and how it should be faced within the organization, not requiring a specialized team to do it.
