Lisbon, December 18th, 2020 - Noesis has announced an agreement to join Altia Group, a Spanish IT Company that is listed on Madrid’s Stock Exchange.
Noesis and Altia, will join efforts to become one of the most important Iberian Groups in the market.
The agreement establishes the acquisition of Noesis’ and all affiliated companies100% capital by Altia in order to strengthen their territorial operation, as well as their solutions and services portfolio.
“This agreement will allow us the possibility to work for major Spanish companies and it will also accelerate our international expansion. Together we will be stronger”, states Eduardo Vilaça, Noesis’ chairman and founder.
Noesis is an international tech consulting company with more than 20 years of history offering services and solutions to support more than 300 clients in digital transformation and the development of their businesses. In 2018, Altia has achieved almost 70M€ revenue and 7,1% growth when compared with previous year.
At this point, both companies will continue to operate independently although working together on a go-to-market plan and to create a common offer to the market.
It this operation it’s expected to achieve revenue growth, to have an even more qualified teams and a broad range services portfolio that will enable both companies to have more international recognition.
